A Fun Morning At Crane's Beach

The boys and I went to Crane's Beach on Thursday morning, and it was a perfect trip.  We played for a short while in the sand, and then we went on "treasure hunt" for shells.  We found so many large clam shells, tiny spiral shells, and even two sand dollars!  The walk took almost an hour, and we were all tired by the time we got back to our towels.  When we got home later, we painted the shells with our "dot" paints.  Good times!

A Letter To Gabe

So Gabe's new preschool teacher, Miss Donna, sent him a letter telling him that she's excited to have him in her class this year.  It was very sweet, and Gabe LOVED it.  He held it for hours and, of course, it joined him in bed at night, tucked under his pillow.  I absolutely love how he gets so excited and attached to things.  It's so endearing!

Here are some pics of the beloved letter:

A Tuesday Morning Playdate

Our friends, Rebecca and Zoe, had some of us over for a playdate yesterday morning.  It was fun to see our friends again, but Gabe had a hard time listening and behaving.  He and his friend, Will, get very excited and silly together; and I always end up feeling stressed out.  We're still working on our playdate behavior....
