This kind of blew me away. The Lynnfield schools are putting on a production of Annie this weekend. I thought of taking the boys, but the show times just didn't work in our schedule. Jason has no idea about any of this. Tonight, we decided to stream a netflix movie for the boys (we rarely do this). J was searching for a kids' movie and landed on Annie!! How bizarre is that? Of all of the movies!
As the boys were watching Annie, Zach kept leaning in to Gabe and kissing him. They were sitting on the floor, on their knees, and Zach was sitting behind Gabe. Zach would lean over and gently kiss Gabe's ear. They had no idea that I was watching. Then, Gabe turned around and kissed Zach's ear. When they caught me watching them, Zach said, "Mom, I kissin Dabe's e-ya!" Heart melted.
Before J put Annie on, he couldn't get the TV to work right. As he was trying to figure it out, Gabe suggested, "just call Ricardo" (our contractor!). Gah!
