The Melrose Family Room

We joined the Melrose Family Room this year.  It's a community-based organization that rents space in a local church in Melrose where they have a playroom.  Families are invited to join for a yearly fee and then are able to visit the room seven days/week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm!  There's a kitchen, snack cupboard, lots of toys and games, couches, etc.  We visited the family room for the first time last week and had a blast.  It was very relaxing for me, since there's a sense of community there.  If I have to leave the room to take Gabe to the bathroom, the other moms will look out for Zach and vice versa.  There's a community vibe there, and I think it's going to be great for us during the winter months.  So excited!
