They're Just Puppets

So Gabe & Zach are going to Sesame Street Live this weekend.  We saw an ad for it on TV, and it's gotten Gabe very excited. 

This morning, J was singing "The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow" and Gabe kept asking him to stop singing.  He seems to get weirded out when we try to sing songs related to "his world."  I'll try to sing one of the Raffi  or Blues Clues songs, and he'll immediately ask me to stop. 

Anyway, somehow this morning I started singing the Sesame Street theme song, and it got us talking about the Sesame Street Live show that they're going to see.  Gabe told us that "they're not real.  They're just puppets."  I just thought it was funny how at 3.5 he's already "done" with make believe.  I don't think he's going to believe in Santa much longer....
