I was heading out on my own for a couple of hours of mommy-time on Saturday morning. J was taking the kids to Mall Tots. Gabe wasn't even aware of the fact that I wasn't going to Mall Tots, yet. As we were getting ready to leave the house, Gabe said to me, (DIRECT QUOTE) "and what you are doing on this fine day?"
Pretty sure he took some of those words from the Cat in the Hat. But, he sounded about 75 years old when he said it.
